Chief financial officer and company secretary
Ms. Yip is responsible for finance management, compliance assurance and company secretarial matters of the Group. Ms. Yip has more than 13 years of experience in the areas of auditing, accounting and taxation. She has worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for over 7 years before joining the Group. She graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration (Honours) in Accountancy. Ms. Yip is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
